Good morning!

My name is George Hsiao (蕭家駒) 

On behalf of the siblings of the Hsiao family, I would like to take this opportunity to say a few words. As some of you may know, Laura was our eldest sister. 

As the oldest sibling, Laura has always been the one who helped our parents take care of our family.  Laura has watched over her younger brothers and sister ever since we were all children. Most of all, Laura was always there whenever we needed advice, guidance, assistance and comfort.

My younger brother John and I were especially very grateful for her loving care and support when our father passed away. John and I were still very young. Hence, this time was very difficult for us. Our oldest sister Laura helped John and I get through the sadness of that time period. 

To us, Laura was the most kind and thoughtful sister a little brother could have. Needless to say, we will miss her very much!

In closing, on behalf of my second sister Quinta , and my younger brother John, I would like to thank all of our relatives and Laura's friends for honoring her memory today.  And to Laura's children - I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for taking care of my big sister over the years.
